Acknowledge It's Mine, and Save the country Billions
Dear Senator Boxer,
If you want to see what's wrong with California, look at the above circled phone number. It could be used to add over $100 million to the California State General Fund. It could be used to save the jobs of thousands of State workers and create thousands of jobs in the private sector.
The first step towards making the phone number so productive is to declare it has the last five digits of "25093."
So far, nobody in the California State Government or the Federal Governement is willing to acknowledge the existence of the above document, even though it was given to the California Public Utilities Commission as prime evidence that the phone company (now known as AT&T) had violated public utility laws and committed criminal acts to conceal the violations.
As the Senator of California, you could use your power and influence to add over $100 million to the California State General Fund by declaring that the above circled phone number has the last five digits of "25093," and making AT&T pay fines You could also help establish a Telecommunications Consumer's Bill of Rights that could prevent the problems that are linked to the above phone number. So far, you have behaved like almost all other Government Agencies and politicians I have contacted: you cannot acknowledge the existence of the document at the top of this page. Senator Barbara Boxer
In 2001, I filed a Formal Complaint through the CPUC (California Public Utilities Commission) because, among other things, the phone company was using defective phone lines to my business (since 1996), and claiming there was nothing wrong with the phone lines.
After filing the Formal Complaint, the phone company sent four trucks to repair the phone lines. I photographed some of the documents the technicians were using.

The documents proved that the above circled phone number (which is my phone number, 925-462-5093) received phone service through a phone line that was known to be defective since the first day it provided service to my phone number. This proved that the phone company had run out of non-defective phone lines at my premises and was also fraudulantly claiming there was nothing wrong with my two business phone lines (which had multiple defects).
To avoid paying millions of dollars in fines to the State of California for violating public utility laws (and to avoid liability for sabotaging my business), AT&T told the State of California that the above circled phone number has the last five digits of "85093," and that it wasn't my phone number. See: "85093" A fictional phone number and a blatent act of perjury.
So far, nobody in Government is willing to do anything about AT&T committing perjury, and that includes the California Public Utilities Commission, the FBI, Congressman McNerney, Senator Boxer, and the Governor of California (whose Chief of Staff, was one of the CPUC Commissioners involved in the Formal Complaint).
As the Senator of California, what is preventing you from saying the above circled phone number has the last five digits of "25093?"
If you do acknowledge the existence of the photograph at the top of this page, and you do determine that AT&T committed perjury by stating the above circled phone number has the last five digits of "25093," would you order the California Public Utilities Commission to fine AT&T for violating public utilities laws?
Would you order the Federal Government to file criminal charges against the phone company Attorney who told the State of California the above circled phone number has the last five digits of "85093?"
Would you order the Federal Government to file criminal charges against the phone company witnesses who testified there was nothing wrong with the phone lines providing service to my premises?
Would you do anything to prevent these phone problems from occurring again? (hint, see Telecommunications Consumer's Bill of Rights)
Would you order an investigation into the CPUC Judge who refused to follow the Rule of Law? The Corrupt Judge and legal error
Would you order an investigation into the problems at the CPUC?
I want you to look at the email correspondence I had with a long-time CPUC employee who retired from the CPUC and came back as a double dipper.
Do you think the CPUC employee is competent?
Do you think the CPUC employee is biased or non-biased?
Do you think tax payers should pay for this State Employee?
As a Senator of California, I hope you will acknowledge the phone number is mine, and help establish a Telecommunications Consumer's Bill of Rights that can save this country billions of dollars each year, while making jobs easier for phone company employees, government employees, and ordinary citizens.
